By accessing or using Magnis Law ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Magnis Law is an AI-powered paralegal and CRM platform designed for law firms. The Service provides tools for client management, case tracking, document storage, and integration with third-party services such as Google Drive.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload, enter, or create using the Service.Magnis Law does not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Google Drive Integration

The Service integrates with Google Drive to allow you to upload and manage files. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Magnis Law to create and manage files in a dedicated folder in your Google Drive. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Magnis Law is not responsible for any issues arising from changes to Google's APIs or services.

7. Teams and Collaboration

The Service allows you to create and join teams. As a team owner, you are responsible for managing team membership and access permissions. You acknowledge that data shared within a team is accessible to all team members according to their assigned roles.

8. Not Legal Advice

Magnis Law is a technology platform and does not provide legal advice. AI-generated content and suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal counsel. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any information provided by the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnis Law and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
